QuickBooks Exporting Requirements

In QuickBooks, click “Employee Center”.

Double click on employee.

In “Change Tab” drop down, click “Payroll and Compensation Info”.

Check “Use time data to create pay checks”.

This box must be checked for all employees whose hours will sync with QuickBooks.
