Pay America Export (cont.)

Under Delimiter, select “Comma” from drop down.

Under Quoted?, select “Yes” or “No”.

Under Employee by, select “Name”, “SSN” or “EMP#”.

Select Export Type, Payroll or Punches.

Select drive and location where export le will be saved.

Click “Continue Export and Save Any Changes”.

Enter File Name including le extension.

Go to location where le is saved and import into software

of choice.
